School Performance Information
In line with national expectations children at Grove Wood Primary School are assessed against national standards. Children take statutory assessment tests (SATs) at the end of Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. In addition, the children also complete the national phonics screening in Year 1. Finally, through continuous teacher assessment, children in the Early Years Foundation Stage are assessed against their areas of learning in order to achieve a good level of development.
In conjunction with a range of other information,we carefully analyse this data to strategically plan for our children and ensure that every child achieves their very best.
